Guest Speaker Report: Denise Cole

Denise Cole spoke about being two-spirited, her former identification as lesbian, her role as a riverkeeper, an Inuit warrior, a resident of Labrador and a woman.  
IF YOU WERE PRESENT DURING DENISE'S PRESENTATION:
Write a short report identifying
  1. At least one thing you learned.
  2. At least one thing you already knew that she talked about or something you had some knowledge of.
  3. Do research identifying at least THREE SPECIFIC actions an environmental, native rights or LGBT activist can take BEFORE being arrested.
  4. At least four questions you did ask or could have asked her about her presentation.
IF YOU WERE NOT PRESENT DURING DENISE'S PRESENTATION:
Research one of the following topics: development of Muskrat Falls on the Grand River in Labrador, being two-spirited, Labrador independence or activism issues in Canada.  Complete the assignment above.
