This is What Happens When Parents Love Their Kids, Unconditionally

9/25/2014

Parenting is about being the best mom or dad we can be to our kids. Sometimes it's simple. Other times, it might not be what we anticipated or imagined. But that doesn't really matter — because there's no simple, straightforward manual for raising kids. These parents are doing it right and their transgender son's happiness is proof of it.

This video is just perfect. These parents are just the best type of parents, accepting. They are not trying to change their kid in anyway and they are so accepting to the way their child thinks, and feels. This video reminds me of a recent magazine article about Angelina Jolie. On the front page of the magazine it says "Why is Angelina turning her daughter into a boy?" which is really disrespectful of whoever wrote it. From what I know, is that Angelina's daughter is going through the same thing their daughter/son did at a young age. The magazines make Angelina look like a huge criminal or something when shes only respecting how her daughter/son thinks of her or himself.

oh wow. this video is just wonderful. I am absolutely amazed after watching this. It's so great how much unconditional love and support they have for little Ryland in his journey. It's not every day you see things like this and even though it's just one family, they are changing the world and it just makes my faith in humanity shoot through the roof. I respect these parents for not changing him and just pure acceptance for him.
